SHIPPING & RETURNS
What is your shipping policy? We ship orders using carrier-calculated rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number of items in your order, and the total weight of your package. The rate shown at checkout is the final cost.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll see the full cost before completing your order. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. All international orders are charged in USD.
Do I need to pay duties or taxes? Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are set by your local customs authority and depend on factors such as product origin, VAT rates, and import laws. Designberries does not collect these fees in advance. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
Do you ship everywhere? Designberries ships to select international destinations. We currently deliver to most of Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Gaza, certain regions of Ukraine, and other restricted locations due to carrier or customs regulations.
In which currency will I be charged? All international orders are charged in USD at the time of purchase. If your bank uses another currency, conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments may apply. Please check with your bank or payment provider for details.
How long does fulfillment take? All Designberries products are made to order. Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days (up to 7 days during peak seasons or holidays). Once fulfilled, your order ships according to the delivery estimates below.
How long does delivery take? USA: 3–6 business days, Europe: 6–10 business days, Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days, Japan: 5–10 business days, Other regions: 10–25 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Do you ship on holidays? We don’t ship on Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How do I track my package? You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your order ships.
Why did I only receive part of my order? Some products may ship separately in multiple packages. Don’t worry, you’ll receive your full order.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect? Please contact us at happiness@designberries.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
What happens if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it? Please check your confirmation email to confirm the shipping address and ask neighbors if they received it by mistake. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Designberries is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
What happens if I don’t collect my package? If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being uncollected, you may be charged for return shipping and administrative costs.
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, not marked as final sale, and not gift cards or promotional items.
How do I start a return? Email us at happiness@designberries.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, which you’ll attach before dropping your package off with the listed carrier.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take? Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your package. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank to post the funds.
What if my refund is late or missing? First, check with your bank as processing can take up to 4–6 extra business days. If you still don’t see your refund, contact us at happiness@designberries.com and we’ll help.
Can I return an international order? We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at happiness@designberries.com with photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note that issues caused by wear, misuse, or alterations are not covered.
What happens if I refuse an international delivery?
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
FAQ PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept major credit cards. We do not accept checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.
Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax depends on your location and the items in your order. Final tax amounts are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer discounts? We regularly run special promotions. The best way to stay updated is to subscribe to our newsletter.
Do you have a new customer discount? Yes. Subscribe to our email newsletter and receive a 10% off code for your first full-priced order. Discount codes exclude sale items and collaborations. By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Use, Sale, and Privacy Policy. You’ll also receive marketing emails from us (you can opt out anytime).
Do you offer price adjustments if items go on sale after I order? Sorry, we’re unable to offer price adjustments at this time. To make sure you don’t miss future promotions, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.
FAQ GIFT CARDS
Can I purchase a gift card? We offer e-gift cards sent by email after purchase, along with a voucher code you can forward to the recipient. Gift cards are available in preset amounts, charged at checkout like any other order, are final sale and non-refundable, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
How do I redeem a gift card? Enter your voucher code in the “Gift Card” field on the payment page at checkout.
Can I check my gift card balance? Balances cannot be checked online, but we’re happy to do it for you. Please contact us at happiness@designberries.com.
What if I lost my gift card? Click “Resend gift cards” in your order confirmation email (available only after fulfillment). If you still don’t have it, contact us at happiness@designberries.com.
Can I return an international gift order? At this time, international gift orders cannot be exchanged. If items are returned, any credit is issued to the original purchaser.
Can I use multiple gift cards on one order? Yes, you can apply more than one gift card at checkout.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code? Yes, gift cards are treated as a payment method and can be used along with discount codes.
Can refunds be applied to gift cards? Yes. If you paid with a gift card, refunds will be credited back to the same card.
FAQ SIZING & EXCHANGES
What size should I buy? Check the size guides located under each product’s size options. Still unsure? Contact us — we’ll ask about your usual size and how you like to wear your tees to help suggest the best fit.
Can I exchange for a different size or color? We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order and return the original item.

Are all your product photos real? Every product you see is 100% real, but some lifestyle images feature digital models created with AI. We use these to bring extra creative vibes to our stories. Rest assured, sizing and fit notes always come from real garments, so what you order is exactly what you’ll get.
FAQ FABRIC CARE
How do I care for my Designberries tees? To keep your pieces looking their best, machine wash cold with similar fabrics and colors, use a delicate cycle with cold water and low spin, lay flat to dry to maintain shape, and keep the shape by washing inside out, storing folded instead of hung, and avoiding surfaces that snag.
