We want your shopping experience with Designberries to be simple and transparent. This section explains everything you need to know about shipping, international delivery, duties and taxes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

We ship orders using carrier-calculated rates. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location, the number of items in your order, and the total weight of your package. Prices and shipping fees may change from time to time, but the rate shown at checkout is always the final cost.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll always see the full shipping cost before you complete your order.

Please note: additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations (see below). All international orders are charged in USD.

Will I Be Charged Duties and Taxes?

For some international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. If displayed, you’ll pay them upfront so there are no surprises on delivery.

If duties and taxes are not displayed at checkout, they may still apply depending on your country’s regulations. In that case, you’ll be responsible for paying them directly to your local customs authority upon delivery.

Please note that customs processing may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time, which are outside our control.

Is Designberries Available in All Countries?

Designberries ships to select international destinations. We currently deliver to:

  • Most of Europe (including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and more)

  • Canada

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Japan, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore

  • United Arab Emirates

Restricted destinations: We do not ship to Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Gaza, some regions of Ukraine, and other locations with carrier or customs restrictions. Shipping restrictions may change depending on world events and carrier policies.

In Which Currency Will My International Order Be Charged?

All international orders are charged in USD at the time of purchase. If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments. Designberries is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate variations. For details, please contact your bank or payment provider.

How Long Does Fulfillment Take?

All Designberries products are made to order. This means your pieces are printed, packed, and prepared before they ship. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, but during peak seasons, holidays, or times of high demand, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days. Once fulfillment is complete, your order ships according to the delivery estimates below.

When Will I Get My Order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. Please note that our facilities are closed on weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
• USA (standard): 3–6 business days
• Europe: 6–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• Japan: 5–10 business days
• International (other regions): 10–25 business days

Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or in areas impacted by customs or carrier delays. While we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Designberries is not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs clearance or carrier issues.


Do You Ship on Holidays?

Designberries does not ship on Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day.

If you experience delays beyond these estimated ranges, please contact us at happiness@designberries.com — we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect?

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong piece, please contact us at happiness@designberries.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

When you reach out, please include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item to help us review quickly

We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. We’re unable to accept claims submitted after this 14-day period.


Returns & Refunds

We want your return experience with Designberries to be clear and straightforward. This section explains everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and how we handle international orders.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We’re confident you’ll love your Designberries order — but if not, returns are easy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return.

How Do I Start a Return?

  1. Email us at happiness@designberries.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with the carrier listed.

Do You Offer Free Returns?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

  • Returns are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive your package.

  • Once your items have passed inspection, we’ll issue your refund to the original method of payment and notify you by email.

  • After your refund is issued, please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to post the funds.

What Should I Do If My Refund Is Late or Missing?

  • Please allow an additional 4–6 business days for your bank to process the funds.

  • If your refund still does not appear, contact your bank first.

  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at happiness@designberries.com and we’ll help.

What Is the Return Policy on International Orders?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at happiness@designberries.com with photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note that issues caused by wear, misuse, or alterations are not covered.
