What is your shipping policy?
We ship orders using carrier calculated rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number of items in your order, and the total weight of your package. The rate shown at checkout is the final cost. Prices and shipping fees may change from time to time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you will see the full cost before completing your order. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. All international orders are charged in USD.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are set by your local customs authority and depend on factors such as product origin, VAT rates, and import laws. Designberries does not collect these fees in advance. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery. Customs processing may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times, which are outside our control.
Is Designberries available in all countries?
Designberries ships to select international destinations. We currently deliver to most of Europe including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Gaza, some regions of Ukraine, or other locations with carrier or customs restrictions. Shipping availability may change depending on world events and carrier policies.
In which currency will my international order be charged?
All international orders are charged in USD at the time of purchase. If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank may apply conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments. Designberries is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate variations.
How long does fulfillment take?
All Designberries products are made to order. Your pieces are printed, packed, and prepared before they ship. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days, but during peak seasons, holidays, or times of high demand, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Our facilities are closed on weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed starting on Monday. Typical delivery times after fulfillment are as follows: USA standard 3 to 6 business days, Europe 6 to 10 business days, Australia and New Zealand 7 to 15 business days, Japan 5 to 10 business days, and other international regions 10 to 25 business days. Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs or carrier delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Do you ship on holidays?
Designberries does not ship on Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day.
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at happiness@designberries.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
